Placing an Order Online
In order to use our online forms, the computer you are using must have e-mail software installed and running (this does not include web-based mail such as Yahoo, AOL, or G-Mail). A confirmation e-mail is sent for all orders placed online or via e-mail; if you do not recieve a confirmation e-mail within 2 business days of sending your order or message, please contact our office.
Payment Information
Orders placed By Individuals not being billed to a Department must be paid in full at the time the order is shipped. We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover), check*, or money orders.
Orders placed by individuals are subject to applicable sales or state tax. Please call or e-mail us before sending payment.
Some items (including, but not limited to: badges, dash lights, etc.) require authorization before the order will be completed. Please do not be offended if we ask for a Department ID or signed letter of authorization on Department letterhead.
*Payment by check may result in a delay of your order. In order to ensure the check will not be returned for any reason, we delay the processing of an order paid by personal check for up to 10 banking days to allow the check to clear. We appreciate your patience in processing your order if paying by personal check.
Orders placed by Departments and other Companies are offered terms of "Net 10 Days" in that are in good standing at the time of their order. We also accept payment by credit card from Departments or Companies; your card will be charged when the order is shipped. |

Changing an Order
Non-Personalized Orders can be changed before they have been shipped by contacting us via e-mail or calling us. If your non-personalized gifts has already shipped, please refer to our return policy.
Personalized Orders will be engraved exactly "as ordered." Please check and confirm all spelling, names, dates, and other information carefully when submitting an order. If spelling, names, dates or other personalization information needs to be changed before the item has been shipped, contact us immediately via phone or e-mail. Any personalization error by Eagle Engraving, Inc. will be promptly remade and reshipped at no charge. Personalized items are not changeable or returnable after the order has shipped. It is NOT possible to replace or re-engrave any spelling or date errors on the same material once the item has been engraved. An order confirmation e-mail is sent for orders taken online.
Proofs: The first proof is free; any changes thereafter will be subject to a fee of $5.00 per half hour of work time required for the change, with a minimum fee of $5.00.

Refund/Return Policy: Any item (non-customized) may be returned for exchange or refund provided if it is unused, in the original packaging and is returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Personalized and engraved items cannot be returned unless there has been an error on our part - so please make sure all personalization information is correct BEFORE placing your order. Any personalization error by Eagle Engraving, Inc. will be promptly remade and reshipped at no charge. Please e-mail us at service@eagle-engraving.com or call us at (630) 377-1056 for authorization before returning merchandise. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as costs for a new or exchanged product to be shipped unless the error is on our behalf. We recommend using UPS or another trackable shipping method as you are responsible for insuring the item(s) you are returning. Eagle Engraving holds no responsiblity for lost returns. If you paid by credit card, you will recieve a full credit refund to the card used. If you paid by check or money order, you will recieve a full refend check within 10 business days of our reciept of the returned item(s). Please call to notify us of the return prior to shipping.
