Perpetual Maltese Cross Plaque

This Maltese-shaped perpetual plaque is crafted from solid, expertly constructed and finished walnut with smooth tapered edges. Each plaque features one 2" customizable wreathed disk, twelve name plates and an information plate engraved with the text of your choice.
Included Options
Choose from several engraved, sublimated or premade 2" disks. Engraving is included in the price! Just specify the artwork* you'd like to engrave in the Art Options selection and enter any text in the Engraving Text field.
*A one time new artwork processing fee of up to $60 may apply. Existing custom art ("on file") and stock art do not incur this fee. New art submissions can be emailed to service@eagle-engraving.com.
