This engraved dog tag would make a good gift to show dedication to your unit. Have the dog tag engraved with your departments logo or personalize it with the name, initials, and/or number of each individual.

Both sides can be engraved for an additional fee*

Engraving is included in the price! Just specify the artwork* you'd like to engrave in the Art Options selection and enter any text in the Engraving Text field.

*A one time new artwork processing fee of up to $60 may apply. Existing custom art ("on file") and stock art do not incur this fee. For variety of firefighter, law enforcement, ems, medical, and military stock art, Please click on this link for stock art. Please note which stock art and engraving inside the stock art is desired in the special instruction area.
