A few notes about production and delivery times:
Our regular production work week is Monday through Friday. We are closed Saturday and Sunday and also legal holidays.
We try to manufacture and ship accountability tag orders within two working days from receipt of your order.
All other custom orders, including axe plaques, are usually shipped within ten business days.
We attempt to ship in-stock, non-personalized products within 48 hours.
Any product requiring custom artwork takes additional time to complete.
Please allow a minimum of three weeks for most badges and insignia.
Eagle Engraving, Inc. ships via UPS and Priority Mail. Overnight delivery may be possible on some products for an additional charge.
Perpetual Plaques - we require 1 month for completion
Please be aware that orders for over 15 awards may require more time than our standard 3 week turnaround. We may be able to meet a Need By date of less than 3 weeks from the date the order is placed, but rush charges may apply.
